Abstract: | The laws to deal with the various environmental problems are sufficient in India but there is lack of proper implementation. Though, there is no specific legislation in India to deal with climate change problem but this problem can be addressed through other environmental legislation in existence in India at present. India being a developing county is not legally bound to reduce its greenhouse gas reduction under the climate change regime. |
