The first lecture was delivered on the 13th November 1967 by the eminent British Scientist, Prof. P. M. S. Blackett, President of the Royal Society. His lecture was greatly appreciated by a large and distinguished audience, and the Memorial Fund now has pleasure m l?resenting the text to the wider reading public. | - |
