| Abstract: | The Italian Communist Party at its 12th Congress held early last year discussed and took decisions on the problems facing the country-mainly on the effects of the changes that have taken· place in the structures of society and the failure of the center-left governmental combination leading to crisis in the christian democrat power system. This crisis has ultimately led to the resignation of the Rumor government last month as was prophetically forecast by the congress. |
